More Perth Amboy Evening News Online!

We are happy to announce additional historical issues of the Perth Amboy Evening News are now online on the Library of Congress’ Chronicling America website. To date, issues of this newspaper are available from March 30, 1903 through June 30, 1910. Work continues to progress nicely and the remaining targeted issues of the Perth Amboy Evening News (through 1922) will appear in the coming months.

The National Digital Newspaper Program is funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and is a collaboration among Rutgers University Libraries, the New Jersey State Archives, and the New Jersey State Library.
